Nevada is soooo pathetic it's a wonderful place for people with mod'd cars.

Smog consists of plugging in a OBD2 scan tool to check for fault codes. If nothing is there, you pass. No check engine light, you pass. TUrn the car on and idle for a few minutes. You pass.

Never even popped my hood and sat in the car the whole time. was in and out in about 15 minutes.

As for reg. Get a visual inspection by a DMV guy. Example for my car: walked around. asked me what kinda car this was. and gave me my form. never had to turn lights on, honk horn, nothing. Just drove up, showed my license, and he litterally walked around it in about 30 seconds and signed it. as i took the sheet he saw my Hybrid Banner and said, "Oh, is this a Hybrid car?" I shoulda said yes, but stated no.

Walk into DMV with smog & car inspection....wait about 25 minutes and get registration after you pay them.

              SImple as pie.

              That's why a SR20 240 hsould be fine here

LOL... actually no, not since 1992. However, those test sites in NV still has hazardous chemical spill testing, emergency response training, conventional weapons testing, and waste management technology studies.
