i been playing it on xbox360 i am a gamer so already unlock most of the caracters and beat the game in hardest mode (not easy) but help your self doing all the challenge modes,playing a lot of those will get you in the speed fight quikly and soon enough you will start to fight online against other guys and defeat thems
TIP: dont unlock the caracters on easy because to unlock AKUMA and GOUKEN you need to beat seth with every single caracter in normal mode so avoid that problem,fight online against other people is fun i already play with guys in japan and france is tight!!!Comment

^^^ I unlocked all characters in easiest, used all characters to finish the game once to get Seth, however i was disappointed that Seth was not that good to use for me lolComment

1. Unlock Sakura:
End the arcade mode with Ryu (Losses allowed)
Unlock Dan:
End the arcade mode with Sakura (Losses allowed)
Unlock Fei Long:
End the arcade mode with Abel (Losses allowed)
Unlock Gen:
End the arcade mode with Chun-Li (Losses allowed)
Unlock Rose:
End the arcade mode with M.Bison (Losses allowed)
Unlock Cammy:
End the arcade mode with Crimson Viper (Losses allowed)
Unlock Akuma:
First, unlock Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose then fight Akuma on arcade mode. Get at least 2 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes to unlock him. (No losses)
Unlock Gouken:
First, unlock Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose then Fight him on arcade mode. Get at least 2 perfects and 3 Ultra Finishes to unlock him. (No losses)
Unlock Seth:
End the game with all the other characters (Losses allowed)
