so whats that type r have in the motor??? b20? gsr? turbo? any other mods??
Since it is a REAL Type-R 1997 #143, I still used the B18C5 (US SPEC ITR Motor). I only had AEM CAI, AEM FPR, AEM Cam Gears, AEBS Typhoon Itake Manifold, NGK Spark Plugs, Nology Hotwires, SUN Auto Grounding Kit (Blue), Custom HKS Carbon-Ti Exhaust, Apexi VAFC.
Wheels were 18x7.5 Volk TE-37 wrapped in BFG KDW2's.
More impressive was the suspension....

178 whp was the only numbers I put up, as I only dyno'd it once...well one session during a tune. That was with the Stock Intake and exhaust, plus the AEBS Intake Manifold and only tuned the VAFC and Cam Gears. I never did retune after the mods. Probably could have put down a little more with a retune, maybe 181-185 at best.
Then obviously the Hybrid Sticker which adds 110WHP!
