They filed Chapter 11 (reorganization, not liquidation), so they shouldn't be going out of business. I don't know anything about the stores closing, I just noticed that they hadn't filed for Chapter 7.

When I went with Tim and Peter the employee said they were planned to close mid April. So...... i dunno
