i was at a track day back when i was building my car for the track and we were running late so i had a friend finish changing my wheels while was at the drivers meeting and he didn't tighten one of the wheels all the way and it came off while driving but luckly i wasn't driving my car the instructor was and he noticed it before the wheel fell off. so there was no damage. after this i said no more track and went all show
