Hello all , my name is Jay Barcia . I Just got back from meeting with Scott about joining team Hybrid and I'm soooo stoked about everything I heard about the team. I've wanted to Join team Hybrid since I was 15 . I remember alway seeing all the Hybrid cars in the magazines and wanting to be on that team, now the chance came along and I'm all about it !
I've lived in San diego my whole life and couldn't imagine living any where else . Right now I'm working Full time for Interiorscapes and installing aftermarket parts on the side.
My passion is cars , I love working on them , driving them , finding ways to make them faster, ect . I do all the work on my car myself . This is how i've always done it , no classes just got out there and started wrenching one day and my "car-itis" grew bigger than I ever would of thought .
My current car is a 1993 Dsm(plymouth laser) I've owned the car for about 5 months now . It was bone stock when I got it , since then I've modded it with the following parts...

2.0 4g63 ,stock block , rebuilt head.

I have a complete 6-bolt 4g63 motor ready to drop in if the one in the car goes south , It has 10lb flywheel , act 2900 clutch , and stage 3 axles with it .
